 New Castle County Police have arrested Eric L. Hill, a 23 year old male who resides in the 300 block of W. 39th Street in Wilmington.
He has been charged with robbery related offenses after a homeowner confronted him when he (Hill) broke into the residence and was in the process of stealing items from inside. Read more....
